Most small business websites take 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback are provided. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your proposal.
We build custom websites with React and Next.js for performance-first projects, and we're experienced WordPress developers. We also work with Shopify, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and WooCommerce for e-commerce. We'll recommend the right fit based on your goals and budget.
Yes. We regularly take over and improve existing websites: redesigns, performance improvements, content updates, or adding new features. We'll assess what you have and recommend the most efficient path forward.
Each proposal specifies the number of revision rounds included. Typically we include two rounds of revisions on design and one round on development. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Every project is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. A simple landing page is very different from a multi-page e-commerce store. After our consultation we'll send you a detailed proposal with clear, itemized pricing; no hidden fees.
Yes. A deposit is required before we begin any project. This covers the planning, design, and reserved time we dedicate to your project. The exact deposit amount is outlined in your proposal. The balance is invoiced upon project completion.
We invoice clients directly via email. We'll agree on a payment method (bank transfer, check, or other) at the start of the project. We do not currently accept payments through our website.
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance plans that cover security updates, plugin/software updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and priority support. Ask us about our maintenance packages during your consultation.
We can recommend and help set up hosting with reputable providers, and we're happy to manage it as part of a maintenance plan. Some projects (like those built on Next.js) are deployed to Vercel, which offers excellent performance and reliability.
Small fixes within 30 days of launch are covered at no additional cost. For ongoing changes and updates beyond that, we can work on a maintenance plan or bill at our standard hourly rate for one-off requests.
We build all websites with SEO best practices built in: clean code, fast load times, proper metadata, and mobile responsiveness. We also offer dedicated SEO and content strategy services if you want to actively grow your search visibility. We don't guarantee specific rankings, as search engines are outside our direct control.
